XX = Male, XY=Female. This is purely determined by a Male only. OK. Biologically When X is produced and When Y is produced by a Male? Is there any specific eating habbit will produce X only or due to over sex one (male) will get Y only? I invite answers from any of the Medical Practioner and from people who read stuffs in books. Any site explain this basic concept please also refer. TNQ.

Well, I'm not really sure what the question is, but I'll try to help.

First, XX= female, and XY= male.

Every egg contains one X chromosome, and every sperm contains either one X or one Y. Which sperm reaches the egg first is the deciding factor in whether your child will be a boy or a girl.

There is no way to naturally influence this enough to say, okay, do this and you'll definately get a girl. But there are some things that work a tiny, tiny bit. Like, they might make the odds 60/40 instead of 50/50.

First, you can chart your ovulation. Y sperm swim faster than X sperm, so if you want a boy, have sex on or right after your day of ovulation. Or, if you want a girl, have sex in the few days before you ovulate, because X sperm tend to live longer than Y sperm.

Second, in some animals, temperature makes a difference, but that has pretty much been disproven in humans. Cooler temperatures tended to produce more males, warmer, more female.

And third, if you have a lot of money, scientists have developed a way to sort sperm, but it's not 100%.

There is no lifestyle or diet change you can make that will influence the sex. Your eating habits have about as much to do with gender selection as your hairstyle, which is not at all.

i dont really understand what the question is but i know that XX is female and xy is male, not what you have written. Im pretty sure there is nothing u can eat to determine if someone has a boy or girl. and you have to have xx or xy not yy or xxy or yyx or whatever... i think that creates a deformatity. i know that only men can be colorblind because that gene is only able to be on the y, which women can not have. thats all just basic college bio.

There is no way to influence which type of sperm, X or Y, that reaches the egg and fertilizes it (by the man himself that is). There are genetic abnormalities that occur where a man receives two X chromosomes and so is XXY. I believe this is called Klinefelter's Syndrome. I don't think it is very common though. As far as I know, it is possible to seperate the X sperm from the Y sperm, but it has to be done in a laboratory and then artificially inseminated.

My understanding is the male produces xy and women produce x. now x is girl y is boy. The boy "y" swim fast and don't last as long where as the girl "x" swim slower and last longer. they say if you want a better chance for a girl try having sex closer to the end of your ovulation as they will have a better chance to reach your egg. the girl "X' are fatter and slower remember that good luck hope I helped.

no eating habits contribute to this I'm in my second year of college and we have studied genetics you can have xxy, xo, but these are abnormalities artificial insemination can determine which is x or y and fertilize the egg that way. www.pbs.org has a
a article 18 way's to get pregnant it is interesting and talks about this topic. also x, y determines not only the sex of the child but genes it will carry like only x carries the color blindness gene

First off you have it Backwards. xx= female and xy = male.
There is not way to assure more of one sperm and less of the other.
however it has been proven that the sperm carrying the x chormosome swim faster and harder and last longer.
