If everyone in the world ever since time began was alive today, wat will the world population be? I mean all the people who died today, died yesterday, died last week, last month, last year, last million years. If all these people were alive today, how many billion trillions people would we have?

In 1999 Keyfitz calculated 96,100,000,000 : http://www.math.hawaii.edu/~ramsey/People.html.
Another estimate, made in 2002, is 106,456,367,669 : http://www.prb.org/Template.cfm?Section=PRB&template=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm&ContentID=7421
These answers are documented and consistent. By the way, since the current population is about 6.5 billion, this means only about 6 percent of people in history are currently alive, not some large ratio like 3/4 I have seen elsewhere.

There are perhaps up to 100 trillion cells in our bodies, but "only" 100 billion souls have been on earth per David Bishai, Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Department of Population and Family Health Sciences

i recently read that almost 50% of all the people who ever lived were still alive today. so if we estimate 6 billion population now, there may have been 2-3 times as much, so 12-18 billions would probably be close

I don't know the answer, but I had to respond because my first thought that came into my mind was: If they're all alive since the beginning of time, where would they all fit? Would we start pushing each other off the earth? Sorry, but your question gave me the shivers. Hope you find out. :)

If that's your outlook on existence, then why not in simple terms bounce out of the closest window now? who's to assert that our achievements are going to be a 'ghost interior the wind' as you place it? What in case you treatment maximum cancers? What in case you write a thoroughly staggering novel which will inspire generations again? Shakespeare died in 1616, yet his performs are nevertheless studied in colleges in 2007. Nevermind 200 years - that's in simple terms approximately 4 hundred years, and nevertheless it quite is surprisingly not common to flee the point out of his call! in case you have not any wish in existence, then you definately will probable not gain and subsequently be of little or no use to the human race. you will become your own prediction - a 'ghost interior the wind.' in case you have the opt to make a difference then it quite is totally probable which you would be waiting to make a difference. you in simple terms could desire to try for it. you are able to stay a humdrum, very low-high quality existence as a tramp on the streets begging for funds just to get by using the next day, or you are able to opt for to earnings, opt for to earn and opt for to realize in existence. in case you do this you're able to desire to be waiting to take the highroad and existence a stunning existence. you're making it sound like existance is a chore and that we are all going to die finally. genuine, we are able to all die; yet you are able to the two have a depressing time which ends up in a depressing loss of life or you're able to have a astonishing time till the very end. wish this helps. if you mean modern humans (homo sapiens), then the number estimates to be roughly one hundred billion (100,000,000,000).
this speculation is based on 2 factors: (1) the length of time humans are thought to be around and (2) the average size of the human population at different intervals of time.
