I'm doing this project in school and I need to compare and contrast my culture with someone else's but they have to be asian. So is anyone here asian and can help me?

Yes I'm Asian, lets see now, culture -
No drinking, but smoking's sort of ok
Boys can have girlfriends and play around, girls can't.
Strive to be a doctor or have your own business - even if it's only a mini-cab.
Eat curry but not gravy, Cricket not rugby, Toyota not Audi,
Bhangra not Beethoven, and stay out of the sun - we're dark enough as it is.

Yeah, I'm asian. Indian to be more specific.
So my culture:
I don't eat meat, practice hinduism, etc.
