I will do the first one only.

First of all, f(x) is the same as y and vice-versa.

Secondly, keep in mind that the y-intercept form, is
y = mx + b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. The y-intercept form can also be written f(x) = mx + b since y = f(x) and vice-versa. Get it?

QUESTION 1:

f(x) = -2x + 3.

What do you think the slope is? It is the number that is standing in the m place? See it? Since m = the slope in y = mx + b, we can say that the slope for question 1 is -2.

You do the rest.

first you have to put it in y = mx + b form, whereas m stands for the slope

1.)
f(x) = -2x + 3
Slope = -2

2.)
2x + 7y = 14
7y = -2x + 14
y = (-2/7)x + 2
Slope = (-2/7)

3.)
(2/5)x + (y/4) = 1
8x + 5y = 20
5y = -8x + 20
y = (-8/5)x + 4
Slope = (-8/5)
