I'm smarter now than I ever was, but I'm not afraid to say, "I don't know." I still have much to learn.
I can't run the 100 yard dash as fast as I could in high school, but I wasn't really that close to breaking any records then anyway.
I go to bed earlier and wake up earlier than I did when I was young.
I haven't been late for work in about 10 years.
I don't drink alcohol on weekdays anymore. When I was younger, it was considered to be challenging to drink to excess and not let it affect your work. That never really worked out anyway.
If I ever end up on the floor for some reason, rising to my feet is a 3 step maneuver instead of 1.
Other than that, I feel like I have the body of a 20 year old.... who has been run over by a truck.

I have the same problem with getting up from a crossed leg sitting position. I can still get down, but getting up is not a pretty sight to behold. My knees protest every time I walk up steps. Sometimes I will walk into a room and forget what I went in there for. I am forgetting names more now, too, and I used to be so good at remembering names and dates. I feel like my bladder has shrunk to the size of a thimble...and I am horrified to find out that as soon as I walk into the bathroom and my brain sees the toilet, it sends a signal to my bladder to go ahead...even though I haven't gotten things undone yet! So, I'm telling my bladder "Not yet, for God's sake!". And to top it off, I believe I am going through perio-menopause and experiencing my first hot flashes. What fun they are!
All of the above has called unending amusement for my 20-something children.

I am very slow and stiff nowadays. It's like trying to run in the swimming pool. That's what normal walking feels like now. Especially when I've been sitting or in the car for a while. I'm not THAT old, but suddenly I feel ancient. Like it all hit me at once - the weight, the stiffness, the fatigue, etc. But life is still [and always will be] worth living. I might be moving slower, but at least I'm still moving!!! I thank God for that!

Well I used to run 10km a day easily, without much trouble. Now I barely run 5. Then I would swim 5 km a day without much trouble. Now I barely complete 1 km of swimming, and a few meters of swimming exhaust me.
On the other hand I'm getting bald and losing hair

I have trouble bending over to paint my toenails. I need glasses to read books and use the computer. I also have trouble squatting because my knees are bad. And let's not forget weight gain and memory loss. There is lots more, but I don't want to sound like I'm complaining!

Wait until you push 60!!!
But, the sex is still fantastic... But, the positions are few and it takes a couple days to recover, LOL!
