Are you genuine, would you look in other person in the eye, do you have a passion for life, would you accept body changes as they turn older?Do you have no hang ups, do you truly want a friendship, Are you interesting and not boring?

your boldness exemplifies the injustice of the courts to hold any thing sacred, when the game of bait & switch, and selective rejections, direct over sights, were part of the academics of the behavioral sciences and not the marriage it was a mans world now the courts have butchered all who don't know that the courts rule and you have all the bait and the facts are not going to be there for any man ever again

No offense, but after three divorces, you should be asking yourself some questions...

You answered your own question....REQUIREMENTS??? How would you like that same demand directed toward women?
True love comes in the person that has flaws that you can look past. I doubt you will ever find love in demanding a list of specific ideals needing met....but good luck!
