when i turn it on it says enter p/word. ive tried "administrator" that doesnt work. is there any way 2 reset it

None short of replacing the bios chip! Somebody seen ya comin and its probably hotter than H!

try this shut down the laptop power off and remove the power cable then the cover check for a battery on the motherboard if the silver batter is there remove it for 1 min then but it back on then cover up the laptop power cable back in then start up the laptop then click on the user account .id then go to control panel and put in a new password

Start computer in "Safe Mode", Go to "user accounts" in control panel, open a new "Administrator account" with all privileges. This works in "safe mode" only! Good luck!
