ummm... might you be referring to the Freedom of Speech Act? "Freedom of information/speech" is a government policy falling under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the First Amendment. It does not apply to private or public organizations/companies who have the right to impose their own sets of rules and regulations. Sorry. But honestly, I've seen many, many cases of complaints (with examples) of getting unfairly reported. In most cases what they think isn't a violation... IS a violation. Hundreds or thousands? Very unlikely. It has nothing to do with "human rights". You're taking things waaaay too seriously. I get a violation now and then too, but I have a pretty good understanding of the rules, so they are few and far between. Sometimes it's a pain, and I don't always agree with the rules, but I try to abide by them. FYI: This isn't an "online survey business". It's not even a business really, since this is a free service. We agree to the terms when we sign on. They haven't done anything someone could sue them for. This is all voluntary. No one is forcing us to participate in the site. If we find the rules too restricting, then we should look for another site.
