bat whiskers, mummified toenails, black cat fat, vampire blood, gargoyle sweat, troll teeth, broom sweepings....wow...the list goes on and on....it really depends entirely on what type of brew you wish to concoct....different uses will require different ingredients! Good Luck!!

I guess you think that witches only have one brew. If that were the case we wouldn't need so many different things. You see it used to be that the local witch was also the person that people went to for healing of ailments. Because there was the medical profession, witches wanted to hide these kinds ingredients so that the doctors couldn't use them in their profession. That is why you will find things in Grimores like dogs tongue and snake blood and dragons tongue. The names of these items made the docs reject the witches practices and search elsewhere for cures and the witch continued her practice. But it was also because of these namings that brought a bad light to many a witch that was just practicing natural medicine. The "brew" was the combination of specialized ingredients for a specific purpose often stewed in a pot for consumption by the ill. Thus the "Brew" in a "cauldron" cast iron pot of the 1400th & 1500th centuries.

It depends on what the brew is intended to do. Mostly it will be herbs, spices, perhaps some minerals or other material that was gathered that didn't bring harm to anyone or any animals.

Many of the plants used had names sounding like parts of animals, "Adder's Tongue, Eye of Newt, or Bat's Wings" as plants were named after what they looked like and not given Latin names until after.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5Ke

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

It depends on which brew you want. Most are made from herbs and some types of incense. It also depeds whether or not you wish to injest it or not. Chamomile is popular, Ginseng, Horehound it all depends on what you desire the effect of it to be.
