My blower motor only has two settings now. Off or High. The dealer says it is a resister, and the part cost $10.70. But I can't get the blower motor unplugged under the dash. The motor is easy to get to.

Under dash right hand side, 7 mm screws if I remember right. Two of them. I did one, you have little room but it's do-able.

You should be able to follow the wires under the hood that run off the blower motor and they will end up connecting to the resistor assembly. What I'd probably do in your case is go to a big do it yourself auto wreckers and take the resistor and harness from a vehicle like yours , plus I'd grab a spare resistor and blower motor while I was there. Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way they shouldn't charge you more then 20 or 40 bucks tops for the parts.

the resistor is not in the blower motor. under dash right hand side and i mean under dash ther will be two 7mm or 8mm screw heads. the resistor itself fits into airduct. you will only see a flat surface with these two screws. there will be a wiring harness that plugs into it with approx 3 or 4 wires. unplug harness unscrew flat plate and yalla a resistor.
