You both have a natural age appropriate beauty. I think your question is related to makeup and clothing. I would advise you to see a makeup specialist at a department store or a beauty salon. Most have experience in age appropriate makeup. I say age appropriate, so you don't end up looking slutty or over made up by bad advice otherwise. The makeup you wear to school or church would be different than a party or formal dance.
As for clothes, consider advice from a higher end fashion specialist at a better dept store also. You don;t want to dress like your mom, but a classy model look is maturally appearing to guys. Once again, avoid the goth or slutty look, it is a dead end to popularity. What really attreacted me to women at that age was attitude. Self confidence, a leader, self reliant and one who didn;t care about the moaning of the gloomy/doomy classmates. We had fun and I look back at those high school days as some good ones. Stop worrying, you look fine. At 13 you still have growing and shaping that are going to happen. I'm sure the guys that you are around do find you attractive. They just wont admit it. They're young kids, "remember that".

Well look after yourself body and skin and hair, dress nicely be confident and be yourself if the guy is not interested than move on sister.

Its pretty easy. All you have to do is get a makeover and put your hair in different ways like in a ponytail or loose.But get permision first.

srry, i cant c your photo, but im sure u look pretty. my advice would be to add some jeans to your wardrobe from cool stores like hollister and AE and dont go out of your way to impress guys(that only makes u look desperate)
