Not far from where I live, a young police officer was shot today He is in the hospital with a severe head wound. Luckly they caught the shooter after 15 hrs of searching. This young man should never been on the street. His record includes robbery, attempted murder. but he was free & walking the street. The 2 officers had gone to the area because of a report of shots fired. They talked with him & were leaving when he pulled a gun & started shooting. He got away when the other officer went to the aid of the one who was shot.The officer was shot in the left temple area.This took place in Manchester, NH.It means nothing but the shooter was black, the officer white.It would have been just as bad if it had been the other way Crime knowes no color.

that is very unfortunate. i pray for the young policeman and for his recovery. i think violence is on the rise due to people being brought up around hate and prejudicial families. people do not respect one another anymore. no-one calls anyone by their proper names, says thanks and your welcome. i don't see the kindness to each other we used to have. no one seems even to know or care to know their neighbors. we used to watch out for everyone, "who's not here-maybe i should check and see if something is wrong" adults used to help each other in raising children with values. IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE A CHILD
we all used to correct kids and were thanked for it. no it seems like people just want to sue you or the government wants to charge you with a crime? i don't like it and i pray everyday
that this attitude we now have will reverse itself before we wind-up destroying this great country. God bless you. and good luck.
