Famous colleges or universities?
The top two in my mind are Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University. However, there are many many more and the link I attached will show you the ones in Atlanta and elsewhere in Georgia. If you are looking to attend one, keep in mind that public tuition in Georgia is much lower than private.

Georgia Tech and Emory are the two best colleges in Atlanta. I am positive that both have sororities and fraternities.
Morehouse and Spelman colleges are two historically black colleges in Atlanta. HBSs usually have a strong Greek presence.
Georgia State is another college in Atlanta that probably has sororities and fraternities.

I live in Atlanta and attend college here. The best sororities are from Morehouse, Spelman, Clark Atlanta, and Morris Brown. As an earlier poster stated, HBCUs have a lot of Greek representation, as well as the best in Atlanta.
