No, I don't, But then again..
I only wear the tops
or very cute gowns..

Never wear underwear with the sleepwear:
1) Waste of clean underwear; day's dirty underwear in bed would be disgusting.
2) I'd be too hot. Sleeping nude is preferable to me.
3) Too much clothing to remove for sex.
Enough said.

Yes. that would be very gross to wear sleepwear without wearing underwear. it is like wearing the same pair of underwear for a week.
