i need to know what countries were neutral during WWI, and how that affected the war.

First off, WWI1 was a brutal war were the German's used mustard gas that took the British by surprise and inhumanely killed a phenomenal number of troops. Hitler himself swore never to use gas as he saw the outcome of it's work. As for neutral countries over three quarters of the world was not involved. Mainly it was Germany attacking the British which eventually brought on America. Ex. No, Russia, Italy, Africa and many more. Hope this helps.

I wasn't there, so I didn't get a lot of the details, but all the neutral countries were the ones that didn't partake in the fighting. Seriously, there were a lot of countries that were not involved. There were actually more nonparticipating countries and calling it a 'world war' was a bit of a misnomer.
Go to your local library and find a good encyclopedia.
