i think its funny that guys are answering this question, anyways. for me, when i masturbate, i usually think of me and my boyfriend having sex. or a sexual fantasy i have such as, using food during sex (i.e. whipped cream, chocolate, honey etc) or having a 4-some with 3 guys ( i saw a porno with 3 guys and a girl and i wanna do it at least once lol). thats what i think about. hope this helps! :D

Women are largely emotional where as men are mostly physical.
Men tend to visualize something where as women are more likely to feel an emotion or maybe a situation that arises a certain emotion.
