I want to know if uncircumcised men wish they were and vice versa? Have you had any problems with whatever you have?

Circumsized, and wouldn't want to NOT be. Hear too much about infections in the folds... just doesn't sound interesting get ANY infections(down there).

Although my circumsision appears to be fine and I have never had trouble with it, I would sometimes wish I wasn't cut, for obvious reasons:

1) Being UNcircumsized would mean my penis would have grown fully, and therefore I would have felt less self-conscious about the fact my penise , being circumsized, is actually smaller than what it could have been.

2) Being Circumsized has somewhat de-sensitised me somewhat; I'm not saying I am numb to sensations, but my two 1/2 brothers are not circumsized and tell me they are incredibly sensitive, and cannot last for a very long time when intimate with a woman. I guess in THIS case I come out the "victor" in the circumcision game, but alas, I sometimes can last "too long" in bed, and this is another aspect I don't enjoy.

All in all, I am pretty much unable to change this situation and I have learned to live with it since "day one", but speaking to uncircumsized men has often left me wondering if my penis is "all that it can be" or it I am actually missing something.

Here's another response from a woman:
We do not all think that it is gross. When erect, most of the time you cannot tell the difference between an intact and a circumcised penis.
My husband is intact as well as my son. My husband has never had a problem with being intact.
The foreskin makes sex better for both partners!!

And you do not ever forcibly retract the foreskin. It will retract on its own -- sometimes not even until the teenage years. I don't think that cleaning under a 2 year old's foreskin is something people are likely to have to do.

I'm uncircumcised and I've never had any problems with it. I've never had a problem with smell, infection, hygiene, nothing. It's really very very easy to keep clean and if put on a scale, much easier than brushing one's teeth. If a person's capable of brushing his teeth he's more than capable of cleaning his foreskin and keeping it clean (unless there are problems).

Besides, like 80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised and most of them don't seem to have any problems. Unless some really serious problem develops with my foreskin it's not coming off.

Intact has always been okay for me. I can't think of any good reason to go whacking off body parts anytime soon. If my parents had circed me, I suppose I'd be okay with that too, but I do appreciate them leaving it alone. AAP doesn't seem to think it's a great idea anymore either.

My ex had all kinds of problems when he was not circumcised because his foreskin was to tight over the top. So at the age of 38 he had it done (trust me that was no picnic at that age). He was much better after that (but still nothing to cheer about). Said he could feel things much better.

My hubby is circumsised and his best mate is not! Hubby prefers to be the way he is! I personally think that it looks better and is much more hygienic and easier for boys to clean! Can you imagine teaching a two year old to use the potty and then clean under the fore skin etc.. Im all for it

I chose to be circumcised at 36. It was something I had wanted since puberty. I have no regrests and think circumcision is a good thing for males.

never met one who wished for the opposite. Just complain about keeping it clean when not circumcised.
