To me... Using both at making your web page is better. Because thats what i do... There are optinons in macromedia dreamweaver that is not in microsoft frontpage and there are other options in frontpage that is not in dreamweaver or in simple words "VICE/VERSA" making web page is easy and you dont have to bother if there will be any incompatibilites, Beacues... they have the same file formats.. So do what i do and your page will be a hit.... SO that answers your question....
