We have a three legged tom cat and he is a killer. Every sweet little bunny , born in our yard, Max has killed. The saddest one , I found under my vehicle. He laid on his stomach with his sweet little front paws , covering both his eyes. It was as tho., he was trying to protect his eyes. That damned Max ! I carefully picked up the bunny, wrapped it in tissue paper and buried him.
I love bunnies.

Sure do and they skin so easily don't even need a knife and they go great with onions in a pot slow cooked in their own gravy over white rice prefer the tame ones I don't like the wild taste of the ones in the woods.

No quite the opposite. I stole one from my friends apartment once cause they said they were gonna eat him, and they were just fattening him up. I stole him one evening and had him for years, but one day he was gone. I had to hold back my tears as I yelled "Houdini". So sad.

yep used to raise rabbits on the farm i lived on. so did my dad, his dad and so on.
rabbit makes a good stew or even battered and fried like chicken. wild rabbits are great too.
plus you can use the fur. so nothing goes to waste.

we have a ton of them around where I live...sometimes i run over one in the morning, those little furry basterds run across the road before I can apply the facking brakes....
I just think about their little furry families..... :(
