i actually have a couple of questions...

1) Do you actually lose WEIGHT(not fat) from peeing/pooping)
2)Does sweating help you lose FAT?
3) is being overweight, not extreme obesity, genetic?

thanks ahead of time!

1) Yes, but you gain it back when you eat something.

2)You will lose weight from sweating, but that's just water. Of course the harder you work out the more calories you burn, and the more you tend to sweat.

3)Some people tend to put on weight easier, and some people tend to be more hungry more often. This appears to be mostly genetic. That just means it's harder for some people to maintain a healthy weight. You won't find very many people who eat healthy, and exercise 3 times that are over weight. (They might not ever be model thin, but that not very healthy any way.)

1. Yes, you lose what ever the mass of the stool or urine is.

2. No. You lose water weiht from sweat. If you are sweating because you are exercising, than you need to assume that you are losing weight from the exercising and water weight from the sweat.

3. That's still debatable. Nature(weight by genetics) vs nurture(weight by over feeding) is still a hot topic. My personal opinion is that weight is genetically determined, though the individual can maintain concious control over what he eats if he makes a concerted effort.

Sorry if this isn't enough. I've given it a good shot and truely hope I've been able to help you.

1. yes you lose the weight of the urine/waste you expel I'm sure it burns a few calories too
2. Sweating helps you lose water, not fat. Now if you're sweating because you're exercizing, then you're losing fat
3. Being overweight does have some genetic cause, but it really is more dependant on personal lifestyle choices.
