Put copper wiring around a doorway and hook it up to twelve car batteries. Pick up your computer and walk through the doorway. The combination of all that electrical current from the batteries will permanantly remove all memory of your computer. That's the DRASTIC way of doing it.
Another not-so-drastic way of doing it is to go in to your computer (My Computer), click on the C drive and when you see all those folders, hold down "SHIFT" and select all of them. Still holding down "SHIFT", press "DELETE". This skips the process of sending everything to your Recycle Bin.
BTW, in case you didn't know, when you send something to your Recycle Bin, the computer automatically creates a backup of that file so that even when you delete from your Recycle Bin, there'll be a backup on your computer.

If you're talking about sites you've been to, click on Tools option on the menu bar of your browser. Click on Internet options. Click on the button that says clear history.

The cheapest way, is to use a program like CCleaner, then defrag your hard drive. There are programs that will write random data over the deleted files, thus making it unrecoverable.
Look in Shareware.com or download.com under "Internet Cleaners" or "Privacy"

Don't know quite what you're asking. If you want to reformat, you'll have to stick in your windows CD and follow instructions to reformat C but erases everything.
RAM is usually erased everytime you shut down....and other memory can be deleted in cache files and cookies.
