their like greyish bight blue color. She gets sick once every time this year from her Hay fever. She said she never noticed this before though. She kept her hands clean and she wasent wearing nail polish.

Generally grayish blue implies a lack of circulation to those extremities. So another wards she may have poor circulation and it is evidenced by the graish blue coloring under the nail beds. Also lips will turn blueish gray and inside of cheeks as well when you are lacking oxygen!

Well she could have poor circulation... are her lips a bit blue too? If they are that could be oxygen deprivation.
