Because meth is incredibly cheap and incredibly addictive, and since the government's scare campaigns about marijuana and the other herbals turned out to be such a pile of ridiculous propaganda, telling folks the truth about this stuff is too little, too late. It's really sad.

Beacause it wasn't the great solution the government thought it was.
