Well, I generally do not believe in telling people how many children they can or can't have but I also believe in not having more children then you can handle, not just emotionally, mentally, and physically but financially. And people on different types of welfare can barely support themselves let alone more than one or two children. So I think people should be more responsible than they are.

No, that's too vague. I wouldn't vote for that. But if you changed it just a little, then I would.

Say that once a woman/man is on welfare, they are not to have any more children, and if they do they will not be able to get more benefits.

It's Bullpoop!! Welfare rules have changed dramatically, it is a work program now! How about gettin' those dead beat dads to pay their child support to these single mom households???
