~Possibly by getting an education in the field, passing the necessary tests and boards and making it through the application process. I found it was a lot easier to buy my cert after I got tired of using the forged one, but those are also good ways to acchieve your goal.

You have to go to school for it. Alot of schools that offer 15 or 18 month classes also offer MA and medical transcription and billing courses. In NY anyway, this is quite a demanding field. You do have to do some interning in the lab as MA's draw blood on occassion and process medical labs.
