I don't have a opinion of PR'S or Cubans it depends who you are as a person

1959 i was sent to puerto Rico on a gov't good well thing to help America foil Castro's wants to turn in to a Soviet night mare, i saw that the wild side of the people who live on coco leaves and hot tempers,tequila, but the Cubans seem to be a larger framed race of giants compared to the shorter Puerto Ricans, like the quiet side of any world so this was half a century ago.

I've lived in PR when I was young and found them to very nice over all. I grew up in Miami and found the same to be true of most the Cubans there. I'm Scot Irish.
