the scratches are probably only in the clear coat. you could try a silver or gray based rubbing compound it works like wax only it actually takes of a very thin layer of the clear coat. there is also a product that just covers it up temporarily, but I have had good experiences with rubbing compound.

It will depend on how deep the scrathes are. most auto parts stores sell touch up paint, but unless your very good at paint or are willing to invest alot of time to make it blend its best to take it to a professional. small aeras of a car shouldnt cost that much to have fixed up. alot of times super fine scrathes can be covered up by a good quality wax, paste type waxes. dont bother with the spray stuff, it doesnt work. if your serious about giving it a try i recommend buying a book, there are several great guides to do it your self touch up paint, and its a very small finacial investment (around $10-$20 at your local book store, libray might have it too) read it over and see if its worth the work to you. good luck and i hope it turns out well.

I looked at the picture that you have posted, They dont look like really big or deep, so you might be able to fix them yourself. Just get some kind of paint or something that matches your car as closley as possible and see if it works, and if that dont work, you will have to take it into a body shop.

from where i sit it looks like it is through to the prime,if so you need to go to a repair shop. If not you can wet sand it lightly with 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper and then buff and glaze it.if you just compound and don't machine glaze it will leave a haze that you can say looks worse than just the scratches

Call me at Hosie and Brown in ottawa, I make car paint every day, and the one scratch looks like it can be polished out, the other one looks like it will need to have the dent popped out first.

just go to napa, or advance or walmart and get some touch up paint to match your car. they also make this stuff that is advertised on tv alot that "erases" scratches, never used it myself but it looks to work pretty well. worth a shot to save a bundle from taking to a shop.
good luck

Buy some t-cut, and rub the scratches out, but for best results get a professional to do it.
