It's to simple to explain!!!
-Get the F wheel off the ground (jack, milk crate, stand).
-Remove the brake caliper.
-Remove the nut on the axle.
-Loosen the pinch bolts (front of the axle on the forks).
-Tap out the axle.
The only thing I can think of that's giving you a problem is the axle is rusted to the spacers or wheel bearings. With the pinch bolts loose, try to turn the axle (to make sure it's not stuck to the forks). If the axle is free, brace the R fork against something solid like a wall and hammer the axle out. You might have to cut it with a hack saw blade on each side of the wheel. It'll be easier to pound out with the wheel off the bike.

I have had to hammer an axle all the way out before. It was stuck right to the very end. If you have the caliper loose and the pinch bolts loose and the axle wont come out, it is rusted or corroded in. Its hammer time.

Each bike is slightly different. You should consult the service manual (or similar) for exact removal instructions.
