The only word having a suffix in this particular sentence is "healthy". here, the suffix "y" has been used with the original word "health" to make it an adjective from noun.

Probably the Y in the word HEALTHY is the suffix, turning the word HEALTH into an adverb HEALTHY. Healthy is describing the verb WERE.

I hope this helps.
