It doesn't matter a person's profession. Forcing someone without consent is rape. and everyone should be treated the same.
Now if he didn;t pay her, that is not a police matter because they weren't engaging in lawful endeavor.
About being jailed, no she wasn't busted by the police. It is just alleged that she was doing something illegal.
As far as prostitution being illegal. What is an ugly socially inept man to do for companionship.

If she's her own boss, what's the harm with her plying her trade? Admittedly, the definition of rape would be different. Perhaps it would be defined as one who went beyond what they paid for.
