There are 181 known planets around other stars. so yes there other "solar systems" but they are more sommonly called stellar systems, as the sol in solar refers to our sun.

Let's not confuse the number of stars in a galaxy to the number of solar systems. The average number of stars in a solar system is 200 billion, I believe.
There could potentially be million, even billions of stars in the galaxy, but so far about 70 have been discovered.

Our solar system includes our Sun, all the planets and other heavenly bodies that revolve around the sun. The Galaxy is comprised of our solar system as well as a great many other solar systems in a configuration known as the Milky Way. The universe includes all the galaxies as well as all the other items moving about in space.

Here is an easy way to look at it. There are billions of stars in our galaxy. There are billions of galaxies in the universe. Multiple these two numbers together, and it is mind blowing the other stars that are out there.
They are finding other planetary bodies around some of the closer stars in our galaxy using something called the 'wobble effect'. They so far are only being able to detect 'jupiter sized' planets because there is enough gravitational pull on the stars.

We've discovered about 150 extra solar planets so far, so at least over a hundred other solar systems. And those are just the closeby ones, since our current methods aren't too sensative.

No. There is only one solar sytem in the entire universe. Why? The name of our sun is Sol. The word solar applies only to our sun. Thus, there is only one solar system.
There are many *star* systems in the galaxy, however. Some of then have planets. To date, over 200 extra-solar planets have been discovered. (Extra-solar means "away from Sol.")
