300-320k as a whole,but in general the price of pieces vary based on the seller,the buyer,and how popular that piece is.
And like an above answer said,Varrock East Bank World 1 is the place to go to buy the stuff you've saved up for,but if you've got a bad internet connection then prepare for lag. It's rough and crowded there. :-)
And as a side note,if you make offers to random people you see,you may need to dish out the dough and pay higher than the common price.

tell u wat, i got my full addy (g) onli 4 200k from a noob. but anyway if u want to noe price for almost all stuff in runescape, go to http://www.runehq.com , click on the item button on the left of the web (scroll down a bit) then u can check all runescape stuff inside for info.

between 300-320k. try world one at the east verroc bank. thats where everyone goes to sell stuff.
