Hard for me to believe he could have been. He was born in 1907, which means that by 1930 he was 23 years old -- still 25 or so years ahead of the invention of Rock and Roll. He was about 48 years old in the mid-'50s. Maybe Mick Jagger could have pulled it off; but Marion Michael Morrison? Hard for me to believe.

There was no Rock and Roll in his day. If there had of been he would have been against it. He was hardly a liberal.

no- the term rock n roll wasnt coined until the last fifties or early sixties by a radio dj. so no...it wouldnt have existed then.
