I get it a lot and it kindof feels like heartburn but its between my shoulder blades not in my chest.

It is probably heartburn or gas. It is just rising and putting pressure there not coming from there. If it lasts much longer or happens a lot talk to your doctor about it. Meantime, try taking some Tums.

could be your gallbladder or if you are a female could be a sign of a heart attack depending on your age and health, the best way to know for certain is to go check it out with your doctor

yes that is normal, gas causes pressure & bloating, OTC pepcid is good & rolaids, the soft chewy ones actually taste good

Yes, it can mimic heart attack symptoms sometimes.
