Really depends on who your provider is.... Typically I think uploading photos to Yahoo Photos and then sending a LINK to people is a lot nicer for everyone. It will save you a lot of time sending pictures.

If you're using Outlook Express, you need to go into your Accout information and follow the instructions there. Typically, it's the same as the one that starts with POP but it'll start with SMTP.
