Probably not since since it is a result of a court order.

Depends. The court garnishes your wages normally unless you have been garnished by your employer. Most court ordered garnishments are stead fast. In other words you will spend more money than you probably gave and then some trying to ge tit back and odds are if it is a court ordered you won't. If it's an employer..good luck.. You would have to sue them

Under certain circumstances you can. If they garnished money that did not belong to you, money from a trust account, money that you get from a disability, civil service retirement, workman's comp benefits, money you recieve for your children for death benefits of spouse, Social Security benefits, SSI, I am sure there are others. You must contest it so you need to go through the courts. Sorry.

I doubt it. I'm not sure, but I think garnishment requires a court order.
