You would typically need a TV tuner card installed. I know roadrunner has something coming out that will allow you to access it from roadrunner (as far as I know, it's not available yet). There's also some software I've seen that would let you do that (but I wouldn't download it).

Many networks are now putting their shows online for free viewing. Go check the network website of the show you want to view and see if they have the feature.

you have to see if the tv show you want to watch has a web site if so check the website out and see if it has something called a webisode!

Yes, But your computer has to have a TV tuner inside of it. Thats if you are using a cable modem.

i know that on nbc.com you can watch the show from the week before (like if you missed it). if it's not on NBC, you could check on the network's website.
