I believe that they are caused by a feeling of manageability. Perhaps in ones own present life situation. I myself had this dream over and over, even to the point that I realized that it was a dream while I was having it. So I decided that no matter what I would wait and see what happened when I landed. Nothing. I never had that nightmare again.

We are the cause of our falling dreams. A falling dream is a 'sensation' we experience when our Astral body leaves our physical body at the point of 'falling asleep'.

Yes if there are anxieties to be had, of course our thoughts create our own anxieties, it is how we perceive 'what is', that creates these mental stimulants that cause sleepless nights. We can choose of course, to think happier or see the situation evolving how we would wish it to be, this will help slow the mind down, so we can have a larger perspective on what we are 'mulling' over.

Quite often these anxieties are unfounded.

When we leave our body we are in our astral form, sometimes we zap back, and this can be a shock to the physical self, hence we wake up suddenly, remembering the sensation of being 'pulled back' by our etherical umbilical cord.

Near Death Experiences are also a form of Astral Projection, only in that that seek the light, and receive valuable information so Soul decides whether to enter the light or return to their body, in whatever state it is in at that time. More of this is experienced in Emergency Wards, ask any Nurse whom has been around death, many come back to tell a story!!!

As for spontaneous projection, most of us experience this, and we call them flying dreams.

If one practices Astral Projection, then they are in control, and generally have a Master Spirit Guide in attendance to help guide, or an Ascended Master like Jesus, or an Angel like Archangel Michael whom calls upon sleeping lightworkers to aassist with healings whether they be large or small.

Check out Astral Projection Dreams on yahoo search, there are millions of sites to do with this.

Yes. I astral project, it is totally freeing, and I find many answers to my lifes journey, whilst in this state.

Practice makes for perfect, however, one needs to arm themselves with spiritual awareness, in order for understanding of what is happening to keep you in Faith of it all....rather than what our ego dictates to us...FEAR.

Nothing to fear but fear itself. This is what can stop a keen student.

sometimes a dream is just a dream but I think the falling one is an anxiety dream, something might be going on your to afraid to deal with but I don't want to mess you up. try looking into seeing a good therapist with an affordable rate. there are also good dream sites online and a tone of good books in your library. peace!

I believe we are falling asleep too fast. We are so worn out that the body and mind shut down too quickly and thats what causes falling dreams.

Falling is one of our natural fears... SO when you are in that light rem sleep--- YOU may "fall" if you are tired, or troubled.. OR it can be part of Nightmare sleep, Night Terror's !! Take a Tylenol sleep aid, and get some good Zzzzzzz!! is normal
