No, it's worse than a hoax, it's a SCAM! A hoax is a harmless joke at your expense. Those bastards are after your MONEY and they'll clean you out if you let them. And it's not 99.9% SCAM. It's absolutely 100%. Period!

There are NO lotteries anywhere in the world that notify winners via e-mail! Not a SINGLE ONE!

absoulty, they suck you in by telling you that you won some lottery you don't even remember entering, then they tell you they need $$$ to free up the money for overseas transfer or someone needs paid off to get the $$$ or some customs thing.....definatly a hoax.....

Most probably a 4-1-9 scam. Report it to Interpol.

Did you sign up for the lottery? I would say if you didn't sign up for it that chances are good its just a way for them to get your identity or make you purchase something.

Sorry

it is a rip-off, so do no longer respond decrease back to the phishers in fee of this nonsense. do exactly your self a prefer and supply the message the properly-merited unsolicited mail "heave-ho" into the rubbish. you will in no way get something out of this "bogus" lottery.

One person who answered this same type question last week said they lost $5,000. trying to collect. My brother answered a similar e-mail, and they wanted $1,800. for legal fees to force out others who were trying to claim his prize.
