Ebay is as safe as it can be. Pay attention to the rating which is beside the handle of the seller. Click on it and you will see what others have to say about them. You get (+1) point for a positive feedback, (0) nothing for a neutral and (-1) for a negative. Clicking on the number will take you to their rating page, which show you their rating details and the comments that have done business with them. You will have to register first, but it's free! If you know the cost, you will probably get your MP4 cheaper. If you bid and are the high bidder, it's a contract and you are obligated to pay. Bid only what you are willing to pay, and don't forget shipping.

It is as long as you know who you are dealing with. Make sure that the company is a reputable company and that when entering in credit card information you have the following in your browser it should have https://www ... whenever you are entering information. Also, Check to see if it has a lock on the page and you will know it is secure. Also, Use a card that will protect you if you don't get your product as expected. Just use common sense.

If you use the card on-line, it will be treated as if it were a credit card. While the LAW does not require the same fraud protection for debit cards as credit cards, both VISA and MASTERCARD require banks to provide the protections for transactions where you don't use your PIN #. Using the card is as safe as using a credit card. As for waiting, as soon as you call to activate the card, you should be able to use it immediately. If you activated it today, it can't hurt to wait until tomorrow to be certain the bank has updated their system.

I do it all the time, My friends do too. Just to be sure, check if your credit card will protect you from fraud. If not get a credit card that will. Then use only that card to avoid confusion. Good shopping.

Only if you read ALL of the policies and everything to make sure it's all right. I'd just go to the store either way.
