your cable or satellite provider has highspeed internet. if you dont' have cable or satellite, then just call one of the providers in your phone book for one of the above services and tell them you are interested in just the highspeed internet and they can help you.

Another option is cable, or there are companies offering two-way satellite internet access for remote areas. Google "satellite internet access".

I hear that Clearwire uses the wireless telecommunication towers to transmit internet service to computers. They are expanding so check to see if they are in your area. I've read on the net of several people in your situation who went that route. And I hear it 's cheap.

No cable no DSL then try satellite, won't be cheap but it is available from Dish or DirecTV

It sounds like wireless is what you may have to do, and subscribe to a service if you have no free YFI close.
