Is it because of Laguna Beach? Unless you are a robot or computer program, then pretty much EVERYTHING is random.
So random....so stupid.

i grew up on south end of Laguna Beach, Carmel-by-the-sea, was home and the computer was just a dream, u want skills go get the computer programmer skill and set the world on fire, we need more now and less random:to select or choose, be glad the choices are still offered to those who know how to make them, see you in learning class~(^_^)~

I dont fully understand your question. Do you mean random, as in: "That was sooo random?" or that we just talk all random, and nothing makes sense.
I think either way its just because we're kids, and we are random!!! That is just the way most of us were built. At least, I was!!
