the answer is x is less than or equal to -3/8

this is the equation right?
1/4 < & = 1/16-(1/2)x

you add 1/2x to both sides and subtract one fourth from both sides then u get 1/2x < or = to -3/16

then u multiply by two on both sides...then u get the answer...i hope this is right
