(i have long thick curly hair).... anyways it got so bad that I actually had a few bald spots... it has to resolve on its own and it will, my hair is growing back and it stoped falling out at about 7 months post partum.....

Oh boy, I had the same thing....and still do. I have very thick curly hair, and I have to unstop the drain every time I shower. I have a 4 year old daughter...and my son who has done all this damage...is almost a year old. Im not sure how long it lasts, but mine is still going. The good thing is that, well, its hair, it will grow back.

It happens for a few months after having the baby. It will stop soon. Mine ended when my daughter was 4 months old.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aL9Gz While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

No there's nothing you can do, unfortunately. It is only making up for the time you were pregnant and you didn't lose as much hair as usual. I'm postpartum too and going through the same thing.

Sorry it happens to almost all of us. If you stay on your prenatal vitamins it can slow it down, but eventually you end up shedding like a dog cuz it's hormonal.
It will stop eventually, but it takes several months.

Try taking 50 mg of zinc and/or 200 mcg of selenium each day. It worked for me, but for a different physical situation.

I was loosing my hair up to a year after I had my son. I'm not sure what you can do since it is hormonal.
