ive been a taxi driver for 8 years and it amazes me why people fart in my cab. its not just men, the ladies have the silent but deadly ones too. its not my driving that causes it, or my fares. come on you taxi users... explain yourselfs

Well better out than in I say! In Australia I think cab drivers charge too much and I guess by farting is a way of me saying thanks :)

.A few ideas: 1. because we can
2. because people are often leaving from a social event or eating event and have gas to pass
3. because you are in a small area and you can smell it. People fart much more often than you think. Just can't smell it.
.4. people assume you don't know who they are and won't say anything

Well us ladies squeeze our butt cheeks together but hey,it sometimes slips out.I did hold it in once but Im the type that would rather share. :) Probaly the same reason why my husband just sat here next to me and farted.
