As long as you keep water in the radiator, it will run for a long time. If you are a christian, I suggest prayer when you are going to be driving it! I had two vehicles with blown head gaskets and I prayed for them to get me where I needed to go safely and they never broke down!

If you've been running it long enough to find this information out there is a good chance the engine is already messed up. Make sure you don't run the engine any more and take it to a mechanic. If the head gasket is blown the engine oil will usually look milky and or frothy on the dip stick.

I do not know how much you appreciate the service your car has given and since you have not mentioned the year model you could start by finding out the market value for your fixed with the mileage, and see if it,s worth repairing, then proceed to make the right choice, from the looks of things you may need to replace the engine by the time you have made up your mind ,since you are driving a wounded vehicle and could incur more damage than needed, which will result in more out of pocket expenses for you," ie,engine replacement"good luck

It won't last long, and probably will break down. If not repaired the entire engine may need to be replaced.
The vibration could be due to a broken motor mount.

It will not last long at all. The head gasket will raise the pressure in the engine, overhaet it and then it could blow out your radiator or cooling system. I would not chance it.
good luck............

you will eventually crack your block or burn up your pistons if the car isnt worth fixing id put some block sealer in the radiator prestone makes a sealer that seems to be pretty good and is around three dollars it would get more miles out of your car possibly

Get this repaired as soon as possible. Sorry to say, it may cost a little bit (depending on your car and it's year), but if you let it go, it will cost a lot more, if not ruin the car entirely.

Since you obviously don't even know for sure what the actual problem is, park it until you can get it diagnosed and fixed before you make it worse.
