How about passing down penalties that basically state that those who commit such fraud must commit all of their future resouces to reinstating the resources of the individual victims until such time that the injustice has been remedied. Only when this has been accomplished may that person once again pursue the good life for themself.

Wouldn't that be a wonderful thing.....?? It's our own fault though.... I've always believed that "any company that decides to 'move' overseas" MUST keep a certain percentage of their company in the U.S. OR they can't move overseas. What ever money they lose in the US - they'll make up on the other end".

Greed in this country is vulgar - and disgusting... that's why everyone hates us. No one likes a bragger.

As long as one dollar can be made off of the criminal justice system, there will be NO justice, just a criminal system.
