Ok the jean gray from the last x-men move at her full level. who gets this fight and why?

I'm gonna go with Jean on this one. she is an alpha level mutant and the worlds strongest telepath. The Phoenix force is a very powerful weapon. Superman is very susceptible to psychic attack, as demonstrated by Max Lord in Infinite crisis.

Superman would not even stand a chance. Jean could easily shut his mind down within a second. There would be no him getting the first hit because she would sense it coming. Even minus her telepathic ability he could never get a hit in. She could shield herself and whip him around like a rag doll with her telekinetic power. Not to mention if she went all Pheonix force on his sorry ***. Oh and she isn't the most powerful psychic like someone mentioned earlier Professor X is.

superman has the might and speed but jean's got the psychological strenght. If they'd fight? The bottomline is " Might and speed can't predominate a person without full control of the mind" . It's jean's realm definitely.

Jean is so powerful nobody in the world can beat her I think jean she got all those types of powers nothing can hurt her or nothing her and superman both got the same strength and they both can't die so it would be a tie.

It would really depend on who gets the upper hand in the beginning of the battle. Superman is susceptle to magic and psychic powers. He is indestructible. Jean/Pheonix is not. If superman gets his hands on her, it would be over. I think he would hold no quarter.
Now, Batman would trick her and get the upper hand. Lo.

Superman is immortal though. Can't kill that guy.
