Well, that may be hard, because there are really good skateboarding brands, which are better than others, but there's not specifically a best of the best, they're more than one. It's all about preferences between the best of the best brands.
Like, I could say that the best skateboard for me would be an Element deck, with Element wheels, with titanium Grind King trucks, Swiss Bones bearings, Shorty's Black Magic or Mob grip tape (any of the 2, they're great), Shorty's hardware, and Doh-Doh bushings (the white ones). Well, those are some of the brands that I would choose to set up an awesome skateboard.

My set up is the Plan B Pj Ladd board tensor mid trucks autobahn wheels and tensor bearings with lucky hardwear and regular grip tape..This is what i ride everytime i get a set up other then the board but i will always buy Plan B now that they have came back..

anyways, gorund zero blanks (noted to have more pop than an n'sync concert), mob grip (doesnt get air bubbles), krux trucks, mystery wheels (very strong), bones swiss bearings (or hkd's).

if your a good skater it doesn't matter but i got an almost deck indy trucks, black panthers bearings (bones swiss are the very best but expensive) , and spitfire wheels and zach element wheels suck
