It helps show us how we're not so big and important as we think we are. We are tiny beings on one of many many objects in space. Most humans forget that.
It also helps show us how we are so big and important! We get to look at such amazing things in this life.
Thanks for noticing the moon's beauty! Such a simple thing, but too often overlooked.

I find the moon beautiful because it reminds me of when I think of that shimmering light on the water when I'm on a boat, that quiet "Yes, it is right" or "True Inner Peace" feeling. It represents a moment of silent prayer, but when I'm hungry it reminds me of cheese.

Yes, you're in East Texas, the moon most nights is almost indescribable...I'm kinda unsure about how I feel about a lot of things right now.
